M6 6-1/2 Inch Marine Enclosed Coaxial Speaker System Matte Black Enclosure, Gray Metallic Trim Ring, Titanium Sport Grille. Ideal for powersports, marine and off-road vehicle applications, these enclosed speaker systems features our maximum-performance, M6 6-1/2 Inch marine coaxial speakers with silk dome tweeters housed in rugged, injection-molded enclosures to deliver clean, loud audio. A rotating clamp receiver is provided with each VEX™ pod to mate with an appropriate fixture (sold separately) for mounting to a flat surface, roll-cage or tower structure, allowing precise aiming for optimum sound. The patent-pending Transflective™ RGB LED technology emits a smooth lighting effect through the woofer cone, with a choice of several lighting colors. Add an optional RGB controller to create thousands of color variations. Professional installation is strongly recommended. The enclosures feature a decorative, aluminum logo cap on the end opposite the speaker, which can be oriented to match any custom mounting application. For convenience, ten Feet of our 16 American Wire Guage marine-grade, parallel conductor speaker cable is provided with each VEX™ pod. Although VEX™ pods can be used with as little as 25 Watt per channel, we recommend powering these systems with an amplifier capable of 75 to 150 Watt of continuous power per channel. For best results, use with a subwoofer. Like all JL Audio marine speakers, this system is weatherproof and built to deliver years of listening enjoyment. Production of all M6 loudspeakers takes place in JL Audio’s Miramar, Florida factory, using global components and materials.
